we are pleased to inform you that EVOCHEM’s ETC-Pro and ETC Ultra product portfolio already complies with the upcoming regulations of the European Union, valid from 2023 regarding the content of C9-C14 PFCA related products.
On 4 Aug 2021, the European Commission Published Commission Regulation (EU) 2021/1297 to amend entry 68 of Annex XVII to REACH (EC) No 1907/2006 to newly restrict perfluorocarboxylic acids containing 9 to 14 carbon atoms in the chain (C9-C14 PFCAs), their salts and their related substances.
