EVOCHEM offers a broad product portfolio for various large area coating applications. The product portfolio covers large planar and tube targets. All our targets are precision manufactured, inspected and then cleaned and packaged, ready for use in your vacuum coating system.

 

All targets are individually marked with a unique lot number that is fully traceable to the original source via our customized database. Analyses of all target materials are shipped with the orders.

 

 

Automobile Glass

Heat-reflecting automobile glass can effectively reflect infrared rays of sunlight (20% to 25%) and hence keep heats off the automobile while at the same time allowing a high level of light transmittance. 

 

We offer a broad range of commonly used targets for this industry: Ag, Al, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Ni:Cu, Ni:Cr, Si, Sn and Zn.

Low Emission Glass

Low-E glass coatings are microscopically thin, virtually invisible, metal or metallic oxide layers deposited on a window or skylight glazing surface primarily to reduce the U-factor by suppressing radiative heat flow. The principal mechanism of heat transfer in multilayer glazing is thermal radiation from a warm pane of glass to a cooler pane. Coating a glass surface with a low-emittance material and facing that coating into the gap between the glass layers blocks a significant amount of this radiant heat transfer, thus lowering the total heat flow through the window. Low-E coatings are transparent to visible light.

 

The adopted targets primarily include large-size planar targets and rotary targets.

 

Currently we can supply the following rotary targets: TiOx and Si:Al. The targets can be plasma sprayed on every existing backing tube.
